Discovery by definition means: something new that has been learned or found; the fact or process of finding out about something or someone for the first time; after a search; the recognition of someones exceptional talent or beauty. That is the heartbeat for our ministry. Discoveryland is our kidz ministry of San Jacinto Assembly and it was dreamt up with your kid in mind. It has a variety of environments, ranging from nursery-5th grade that will break their mind set forever as to what kidz ministry is "supposed" to look like. We serve a creative God and it's time we show Him off in our services and get our kidz excited once again about who He is. The church was not designed to be boring. It was designed to be a lighthouse. Jesus Himself values the greatness of what lies inside of kidz, and so do we. That is why we are committed to partnering with you as parents as we take your kidz on the road to discovery, where we will uncover the hidden treasures of what it means to be a follower of Christ, to know our Savior, and use the gifts He's placed in each of them for His purposes. Discoveryland is built with a wide range of visually enhanced and media driven environments where highly energized and quality trained team member's number one priority is to show your kidz that serving God is exciting and that He is the best thing that will ever happen to them. We are convinced that it will be the most exciting and life changing hour and fifteen minutes of their entire week. So come and see what everyone is talking about!!!
