For Practical Living
What Are Foundations For Practical Living Classes?
FOUNDATIONS for Practical Living classes are designed to strengthen your Christian walk by preparing you to live as a well-equipped follower of Christ. We also offer the opportunity to begin the process to becoming a member of San Jacinto Assembly.
Classes for this semester begin Wednesday, October 22nd and will run every Wednesday until November 19th. Classes begin promptly at 7pm. The locations will be posted in the lobby prior to class time. There are two classes to choose from:
CORE Class 201
Taught by Pastor June Stevens
Our very own Pastor June will be teaching the CORE Class 201. This class is one of the stepping stones to becoming a member of SJA. Even if you were unable to attend the CORE Class 101 Membership Class, come be blessed as you learn the practical steps to growing in your Christian walk. Whether you are a new believer or a follower for some time, this class is intended to teach you about your personality and God-given spiritual gifts.
Against All Odds-In Search of a Miracle
Taught by Pastor Scott Miller
You don't want to miss this very special class by Pastor Scott. The class topics include:
* Israel - our timepiece for today.
* The Front Page News - God is active in today's world.
* Miracles - God still does them today.
* Sacrifice - Opening the door for God to move in your life today.
* For Such a Time As This - How God uses unknown people to make Himself known.
* The Land - Walk were He walked.
This is a video-based class with discussion time and handouts.
