Women's Bible Study & Women’s CARE Groups

We offer two different Bible Study group meeting times to accommodate the busy lives of our ladies!
Our MORNING study group meets the 1^st Tuesday of each month at 9:30 AM in The Box.
Childcare is not currently available for this group.

Our EVENING study group meets the 1^stWednesday of each month at 7PM in the sanctuary. Wednesday night is family night with something appropriate for each member of your family—newborn and beyond! 

This season, we are using the “Nurture” study written by Lisa Bevere. Come join us as we connect with one another, and grow in our relationship with the Lord. No special materials are needed— just bring something to write with—though you may want to purchase the book and/or workbook.  In addition to the study, our ladies also enjoy time in worship and fellowship.

You may have heard them called Small Groups, Home Groups, Cell Groups or other names. WE call them CARE Groups because that’s what we’re doing there—CARING for our ladies!!! You may jump in at any time as our groups meet and study a series together.

Our Care Groups also follow the 9:30 Morning & 7pm Evening format, at their designated houses, so there’s no reason NOT to participate!

Though the Care Groups are free to attend, we need you to sign up for them. Please contact the church and let them know you’re interested, and we’ll get back to you with the meeting locations.

Ministry to Single Moms

“The Bride of Christ”—our ministry to our single moms—meets the 3^rdWednesday night at the church.  Bringing your kids of any age is no problem— there is plenty going on for them as well!  Come be pampered and renewed.

Service to Others

Throughout the year, we’ll have opportunities to give back to our church through serving others. We make these opportunities known as they come up.

Women’s Events

We know that sometimes you just need a break, and so our Women’s Ministry schedules special events throughout the year to have some special times! We encourage our ladies to bring their
lady-friends and family members to come to these events—what a great way to introduce them to your church!

Currently, we are looking forward to 3 annual events—

> Evening of Elegance—December 2: SAVE THE DATE for our annual Women’s Christmas Banquet is already on the schedule, ladies! Each year we have a wonderful, catered dinner, served by the men of SJA, at beautifully decorated tables, surrounded by some of the best ladies anywhere! Each year we have prize giveaways and great entertainment and other perks!
