If you are a regular to Discoveryland, we have invested in a high quality system to ensure that your experience here at Discoveryland is nothing but the best. When you check in your child, you will check them in at their proper location at the door before they enter the building. A friendly team member will check your child in with our new computer system put in place to assure the highest of quality for you as a family. They will sign your child in, then distribute to you as the parent a pick up number and give your child a temporary name badge with this parent picks up number on it. This number changes every week for the safety of your child. Only the person who has the number AND who checks their child in is allowed to check their child out.
If for any reason you need to be contacted during the service, we will inform the media booth and your number is placed on the screens below during the church service.
No, but if they are still in diapers please change them just prior to arrival. If they need changed while they are with us, we will walk them to our nursery and have one of our nursery staff care for their needs and then walk them back over. If your child is in the process of potty training please put a pull up on them for their time at Discover Kidz.
